For the I-81 Contract 2 project in Syracuse, NY, Upstate Rebar partnered with Salt City Constructors to deliver approximately 2,500 tons of pre-tied, epoxy-coated reinforcing steel cages. The scope of work included the fabrication and assembly of cages for both noise wall barriers and sign foundations, ensuring durability and long-term corrosion resistance in a demanding infrastructure environment. Completed in 2024, this project highlights our ability to handle large-scale DOT work with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality-controlled prefabrication.
